Nurturing your child's passion for cooking

Does your child love to cook or wants to learn? Our cooking camps and classes offers an exciting hands-on experience where kids build culinary skills, gain confidence in the kitchen, and have fun creating delicious dishes. 

Led by our expert Culinary Dietitian, kids will learn kitchen skills, food safety and, cooking and baking techniques, all while having a blast.

PD Day Cooking Camps

Turn your child’s day off into an unforgettable kitchen experience! Our PD Day Cooking Camps are designed to kids excited and engaged from start to finish. Kids will work side by side with their peers, create delicious dishes, and get to share some of their creations at home.

Register for our 2025 -2026 PD Day and Out of School Camp Dates:

  • November 14, 2025 (full day)

  • January 28, 2026 (half day)

  • February 17, 2026 (full day)

  • March 20, 2026 (half day)
  • May 27, 2026  (full day)

Cost Per Camp: $65 per child for half-day, $125 per child for full-day.

Time: Full Day Camps: 9AM-4PM; Half Day Camps: 9AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM.

Summer Cooking Camps 2026

Our Summer Camps are designed for young chefs ready to develop their culinary and pastry skills. Each day, campers prepare 3+ recipes, explore new flavours while building a strong foundation in cooking, baking, and kitchen safety.

 

By the end of camp, participants leave with a deeper understanding of nutrition and healthy eating, a collection of 12-20 new recipes to recreate at home, and the confidence that comes from mastering new skills in the kitchen.

 

All campers receive lunch and 2 snacks daily, apron and cut-resistant gloves.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable cooking experience, please follow these guidelines:

    • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required. Participants wearing open-toed footwear will not be permitted to participate.
    • Clothing: Loose sleeves are not allowed. Participants must wear fitted clothing that does not interfere with food preparation.
  • While all camp recipes are nut-free,  we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. At this time, we are unable to accommodate for allergies.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to  nutritionhealthtours@gmail.com.
  • Requests made 30 days or more before the session start date will receive a full refund. 
  • Requests made less than 30 days before the session start date will be subject to a $125 late cancellation fee per camp session and per child. 
  • After the session starts, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be issued for days missed, including for illness.
